SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders placed before 13:00 will be shipped out from our warehouse in The Netherlands the same day, orders placed after 13:00 will be shipped out the next business day. In case warehouse is closed and not available for regular shipping schedule, it will be announced on the announcement bar on our website. Your shipping cost depends on where you want us to deliver your order. Once you reach the minimum order amount in the zone of your shipping address, we will cover your shipping cost*!
The new shipping costs below will come into effect on the 21 July 2021.

*Transit time shown is only an estimation, DesignNest Europe cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.
For EU customers:
For orders shipping within the European Union, all prices are VAT inclusive and you do not have to pay import taxes and/or duties. If you’re a business, please fill in VAT ID at checkout for tax exemption.
For UK customers (Brexit):
Good news, we’re still shipping to the UK! All prices are VAT inclusive for orders below £ 135 (equivalent to €150). Order above £ 135 (equivalent to €150) is now subject to custom fees and these fees are now at the charge of our customer in the UK, these fees should be paid upon delivery of the order. The fee can range from 0 - 25% depending on the product(s) you’ve bought, find out the rate here: https://www.gov.uk/trade-tariff
Please note that due to custom clearance, deliveries to UK may take up to 2 weeks (excluding Northern Ireland). We can help you with the necessary documents needed for custom clearance, please contact us at webshop@designnest.eu.
For customers outside of EU:
For orders shipping outside of European Union, import taxes and duty fees may apply in accordance with local customs regulations. These taxes and/or duties are based on the value of the goods. Import taxes and/or duty fees will be collected by the international carrier upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer/recipient to pay. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Rejected Parcel
If for any reason, the customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, two-way shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. We will also charge a fixed amount of €50 for packaging, handling and restocking. These amounts will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

Change your mind after placing an order? Please email us before 13:00 the next business day.
Gift cards
Gift cards purchased online will be delivered digitally, direct to your inbox. We do not sell physical gift cards online.
RETURNS
We guarantee you a risk-free 30-day return policy! We want you to enjoy the products you bought from us. In case you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase or you've changed your mind, no worries, we got you covered. You may replace or return new and unused products within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order. All you have to do is fill in this form and we will send you a return label after your request is being processed. Terms and conditions below apply:
- We only offer free return for any reason within the 30-day window, return after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
- We only offer free return for orders placed from countries within the European Union. For customers outside of European Union, the shipping cost for returning the product(s) will be paid by the customer. In this case, you can email us at webshop@designnest.com to claim a €15 e-voucher for your next order.
- In case product is defective and still under the 2-year guarantee we will then cover all the shipping costs for return and replacement.
- Please note that the 2-year guarantee only applies to the original product(s) purchased. A replacement product is only under guarantee for the time period that is still remaining from the original guarantee.
- In case of product return or exchange, the product must be undamaged and in its complete original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the order/invoice. All products will be reviewed individually upon return. If the above-mentioned condition is not met, we reserve the right to reject your refund request.
- We will only refund the full amount of what you paid for the product excluding shipping cost.
- Hygiene products like face masks are not returnable.
- The return process might take up to 14 days (depending on your location) to be received and processed. When your return has been accepted, the replacement is usually sent out the same day and should arrive at your doorstep within 5 working days. In case of a refund, the full amount of paid product will be issued to your original payment method the same day, this could take up to 5 working days.
Please note:
- You can only request a return/replacement/refund by using our return and replacement form if you are a customer of our official webshop (www.designnest.eu). Your request will be processed within 2 working days. In the case that the damage was caused by your misuse, we will not be able to compensate you. If you have bought the product from another seller, you must contact the seller directly to request a refund or replacement.
- If making a return from a country outside of the EU, please include the original invoice outside your parcel, and write the word "RETURN" on the outside, so customs can clearly identify it as such. If not done correctly, the parcel will be declined at the border and returned to you, which will mean paying the return shipping costs again.
