*A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. 

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

After your purchase, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout.

Check your email, find the email sent by DesignNest Europe. In the email, you should receive our virtual gift card along with the code.

Enjoy shopping at our DesignNest Europe Online Store! Add your wish items to your cart, when you're done with shopping, click 'Check Out'.

*APPLY THE CODE you got in our Gift Card Email in the Order Summary > Discount Code.

When you redeem your gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order.

If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

For Desktop, fill in the code in the discount code area on the right side of the check out page.

For Mobile device, click on 'Show Order Summary' above your personal information to fill in the discount code.

Check if the code has been applied successfully, if yes, continue your checkout progress until it's done.
